We collected your feedback on Kalle 1.0 and gave him an update in 2022. For example, the magnetic closure on the front compartment has been replaced with a water-repellent zipper and the Hugo 3.0 side cell phone pocket has been added.

Both materials are water repellent, durable and resistant. Polyester is more robust and used as a standard material for backpacks because it is tough, light and easy to procure. Cordura is usually only used for heavily stressed backpack bottoms, with us the whole backpack is made of the hard-wearing material.
