When it comes to the material, we have always opted for the best zipper, the best thread, etc., because we simply want to create a really great product that we are proud of. That's just important to us. Therefor our products are so robust that you can bequest your Anna und Oskar stuff later or sell it on AllTrippers and get almost the original price for it.
Returns are damn expensive for the environment and for us and we want to avoid impulse shopping and try-on orders à la H&M.
