We ship within 3 working days via DHL GO GREEN and you will receive a shipment notification as soon as we start preparing your order. For orders payed by bank transfer, delivery begins after receipt of the money. 

Shipping costs: 

No shipping costs within Germany 🥳. To other EU countries and Switzerland shipping is € 12.90, here it's free from € 200.00. Taxes and customs abroad (especially important for the Swiss) are borne by the customer. We are happy to send to other countries on request support@anna-und-oskar.de. 

 

Local collection

As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email from us. Then you can pick up your parce. Please wirte Vanessa (packing@anna-und-oskar.de) to make an appointment.
