Yup. Within Germany, shipping is always free for you. In EU countries you pay 12.90 euros (it's also very expensive for us) and from 200 euros it's free there too.

Returns are damn expensive for the environment and for us and we want to avoid impulse shopping and try-on orders à la H&M. That's why we take responsibility for you here, thus you bear the shipping costs for returning your return yourself. Check our material samples out first, you can find them under "Extras".

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Your 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day on which you took possession of the goods. You can only return unused products.

Usually we ship within 3 working days plastic-free with DHL GO GREEN. The delivery time is listed under the price for each product. You will receive a shipment notification as soon as we start preparing your order.

We pack and ship everything ourselves from Kreuztal, because we didn't want a fulfillment provider in between, but like to sprinkle a pinch of love on top of it ourselves. In our packages you will not find unnecessary flyers, filler or other junk which ends up in the garbage anyway.

For orders payed by bank transfer, delivery begins after receipt of the money.
