The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but Anna und Oskar GmbH. All questions about the contest are not to be directed to the platform operators but to Anna und Oskar GmbH.

FOTOCHALLENGE #HUGOVENTURE
(Submission, voting, jury, prizes, approval, granting of rights)

The closing date for entries is September 1, 2022. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Participants in this photo competition submit photos of the most beautiful summer moments with Hugo, Kalle and Co. in accordance with these conditions of participation:

a) The submitted photos and linked photos will be published in particular in the Insta Stories and Highlights.

b) There are two separate ratings to determine the winner of the photo challenge: The Anna und Oskar team jury and an audience rating (Instagram voting).

For Instagram voting, users can vote with their Instagram account. The number of "likes" at the end of the voting phase decides the placement of the audience rating. The voting phase begins on September 5, 2022 and ends on September 8, 2022.

c) The winner will receive a Hugo of their choice at the end. You can choose from the available colors: black, light gray or khaki. Second and third place will receive an XL shopper. The winner will be notified via email/Instagram message. If there is no response from the winner within a week, the prize goes to the runner-up.

d) Multiple prizes are excluded. If there is a tie in the likes in the public voting, the lot decides. The determination of the winner takes place behind closed doors. Prizes are not redeemed for cash. All taxes, duties and fees associated with the prize are borne by the winners. The legal process is excluded.

e) By submitting the media (photo & video), the participant(s) agree to publication on Anna und Oskar's corporate media channels (Instagram and Facebook) and the Anna und Oskar website/shop.

f) By submitting the photo, the participant declares that he/she took the photo himself, is the author of the photo, is free to dispose of it and that no third-party rights are violated (especially with regard to point g). The participant must obtain the consent of all persons depicted in the photo in advance. Incidentally, personal data, e.g. vehicle registration number or similar, must not be visible in the photos. The participant holds Anna und Oskar harmless with regard to these points.

g) The participant grants Anna und Oskar the free, factual, temporally and locally unrestricted right to use the submitted photos. By participating, the participant entitles Anna und Oskar to use and publish, distribute and reproduce the photos in any technically known way, such as in particular on the Internet or in print media. Anna und Oskar are also entitled to change and edit the photos and to use them without naming or naming the participant. In this case, Anna und Oskar GmbH is entitled to continue to use the photos regardless of the transfer of rights. By submitting a photo, the sender also declares that the person depicted in the photo agrees to the use of the photo by Anna und Oskar as described above (such as publication, distribution, duplication, editing and forwarding) of the photo Anna und Oskar GmbH agrees.

h) Only Anna und Oskar decide on the participation and admission of the submitted photos to the photo competition. Anna und Oskar expressly reserve the right to reject and/or exclude submitted photos without giving reasons and/or to remove a photo that has already been posted.

CONSENT TO USE OF DATA
By submitting the data, the participant agrees that Anna und Oskar GmbH may process his/her personal data - name, address, date of birth, e-mail, telephone - for the purpose of carrying out the photo challenge and further use of the transmitted photos in accordance with point 2 g) of these Conditions of Participation and that the name may be published in the event of a win. The participant also agrees to the sending of advertising material, e.g. newsletter, to the address and e-mail address provided by Anna und Oskar and gives his or her express consent that the above data may be used for customer service purposes and for company-related purposes Advertising and the further use of the transmitted photos are processed in accordance with point 2 g) of these conditions of participation. At the request of the participant, a list of intended uses will be made available to him/her free of charge. This consent can be given in writing at any time – e.g. B. be revoked by mail to creative@anna-und-oskar.de.
